The Most Effective Way To Treat Bed Bugs In Scarborough

These heaters cannot heat larger spaces. These are typically recommended for hotel rooms or smaller. The other two heat systems that are commonly used is electric heaters powered by a large diesel generator and indirect fired propane heaters. Diesel generators are usually carried by a large trailer making it hard to be discreet. The generator can also be fairly loud. Indirect fired propane heaters are the ones you typically see around construction sites. These heaters are outside and fed the heat through large tubes that enter the infected space. This is the least discreet and most obvious that you are treating for bed bugs.
If you cannot see any live bed bugs but think you could still have them, we recommend a K-9 inspection to be sure. Dogs are trained to alert for the musty smell bed bugs give off. They hide in the tightest of spaces and a lot of the time cannot even be seen by the human eye. If you have already seen bed bugs before needing a K-9 inspection we recommend you get a them exterminated as soon as possible. Bed bugs can reproduce in 16 days making time of the essence. There are two main types of treatment methods. The most popular is chemical treatments because they are initially cheaper, have easy setup, and are widely offered. The problem with chemical treatments is the issue of hitting of bed bug. Bed beds are extremely thin and hide away. Chemical treatments do not guarantee the full elimination of bed bugs and usually ends up costing more than a heat treatment. Heat treatments actually draw the bed bugs out of their hiding spots because they get active in the heat. Before lethal levels when the heat is rising, you can see the bed bugs come out of the structure and circle the centre of the room. This is one of the main reasons why heat treatments are so successful. A good heat treatment would heat the entire space to a minimum of 50 degrees celsius and offer a guarantee saying if you still have bed bugs after this treatment, we will come back for free.
